Note: For Proctorio Live chat, you must have the Proctorio extension installed. You must also have cache and cookies enabled (no incognito mode).
With the extension installed, you can also go directly to the Proctorio troubleshooting page.
During a Quiz or Exam, you can use the live chat from the Proctorio widget. You can also access Proctorio chat in any course with a Proctorio exam by clicking the extension's icon in the upper right and clicking Proctorio.
